Wir waren schon häufiger in der Anlage in anderen Häusern und sind sehr begeistert von der Lage und der Ausstattung. Die Häuser sind hochwertig eingerichtet und haben eigentlich alles, was man so braucht. Jetzt waren wir in Haus 9b. Als wir in die Sauna gehen wollten, stellten wir fest, dass dort - anders als in den anderen Haüsern, die wir bisher gemietet hatten - ein zussätzlicher Schlüssel erforderlich war. Da diesr nicht vorhanden war, haben wir bei Nordic angerufen und nachgefragt. Es wurd uns kurz vor Schließung des Büros in Hektik mitgeteilt, dass wir den Schlüssel nur bekommen, wenn wir 10 € extra bezahlen würden. Diese Betrag sei für die zusätzliche Entreinigung. Weder im Internet bei der Hausbeschreibung, noch in unseren Vertrag war davon die Rede. In anderen Häusern ist dies auch nicht üblich. Es geht nicht um die 10 €, sondern darum, dass dies nicht kommuniziert wird. Außerdem sind die Häuser eh nicht gerade günstig. Da ist es "piffelig", auf weitere lächerliche 10 € zubestehen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unserer Familie in einen sehr schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
