Here you’ll find an extremely modern 3-bedroom half of a vacation home. A full 120 square meters of living space spread over 2 floors ensures an unforgettable family vacation for up to 4 guests plus a toddler.
On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a stylishly furnished living and dining area with a view of the Baltic Sea and a fireplace. Firewood is provided for your use. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are available for entertainment.
The comfortable open-concept kitchen with an adjoining large dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together.
In the bedroom, which is also located on the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a very large closet.
The modern bathroom on the same level offers the utmost comfort and is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
A staircase leads from the living/kitchen area to the second living level, the upper floor.
Here you’ll find an open area with a sofa and a second TV. In a separate corner, you can write, draw, or get work done in peace at the desk.
The second bedroom is located on this floor and features another comfortable double bed and a closet.
You’ll also find the second modern bathroom here. It is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The window provides additional natural light to this room.
The furnished east-facing terrace is perfect for more than just barbecuing.

Another highlight is the private sauna cabin on the property, which can be used for a small fee.

Bicycles

You are welcome to park bicycles, handcarts, etc., on the property. The property behind the house is shielded from view from the street. Unfortunately, there is no storage shed here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens [&] towels.

Additional towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens [&] towels for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and return take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
