The location was very good, close to main sights. Living room was comfortable. Kitchen had most things we needed.
I was very angry and disappointed by the secret extra charge that was imposed after paying the agreed Booking.com price. An additional - either 26GBP non-refundable or 250GBP refundable deposit - this has never happened through Booking.com to me and if it happens again I will be rethinking my use of the app. Also, 3rd floor spiral staircase that was not mentioned until later. Carrying suitcases up spiral stairs is not fun!

Sehr zentrale Lage, wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten gut fußläufig erreichbar. Grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt. Sehr umfassende Küchenausstattung.
Matratzen zum Teil etwas durchgelegen. Die Fugen im Bad könnten mal eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen. Einige Teflonpfannen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ofen defekt. Anschlag der Kühlschranktür bitte wechseln. Übliche spätabendliche Geräuschemissionen durch angrenzende Gastronomie.

Magnífica ubicación en el mismo corazón de la ciudad vieja.
Tardamos bastante en hacer el check-in porque no recibimos el código de confirmación tuvimos que contactar con el anfitrión para que lo enviase. El sofá cama es muy muy malo.
