Bright Old Town City Centre Apartment

El apartamento es bonito y muy céntrico.

La entrada al edifico era muy, muy vieja. Muy oscura y muy sucia. Olía muy mal. Es un segundo y no tiene ascensor. El agua del WC y del grifo del baño tenía muy poco caudal y poca potencia. Soy consciente de que el edifico tiene muchos años pero aún así, es demasiado caro si tenemos en cuenta todos esos inconvenientes. No solo es importante la ubicación, también es muy importante el estado del apartamento. La relación calidad/precio está bastante descompensada.

the location is great and the apartment was very clean and neat and the host was very cooperative and helpful

my only concern was it is located on the three floor counting the ground and it was diffcult for carrying the heavey stuff in and out

Fantastic location next to Victoria Street, close to the castle and the Royal Mile and lots of great food options nearby. Comfortable beds and quiet despite being on a busy street. Also liked the fans that were available. :) troubleshoot

The room was *right in the center* of most tourist sites-Royal Mile, Grassmarket, and Victoria Street. Really, it was amazing. The bathroom was clean, and there was hot water! Yay! The kitchen was cozy and had what we needed. There was space to spread out! And did I mention the location???

There are some things that just could have made us more comfortable. The room was a bit dated and warm. Some fans would have been nice because it was a bit warm. A few more comfy chairs and maybe a TV would have been good in the living room. Some baskets outside the bathroom would be very helpful because there is no place to put any bathroom supplies in the bathroom. There were many supplies (TP, blow dryer, etc) in the house, but I didn't want to look through all the cabinets, so labels or something would have been helpful. The oven was not clean, and I dusted it when we got there. A dirty sponge was left by the sink, so I bought one. Overall, a great location, some space to spread out, but not as vacation-friendly as I would have liked for the price.
