Comfy, everything works, and perfectly placed between Grassmarket & Johnston Terrace.
You must take stairs to reach the room. Otherwise it’s either walk down from Johnston Terrace or hike up from Grassmarket. If you have a stroller, wheelchair, luggage, or bad knees, this place is very difficult. Fit travelers only.

The apartment is very tired. It could do with a deep clean, decorating and update. The hall area is awful
