Location was excellent

There were steep flights of stairs (5-6) to reach upto the apartment. It had no lift and to drag luggage up the stairs were not pleasant

Perfect location, with a few minor drawbacks

The apartment is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. It’s clean, well equipped with everything you need, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The host was always kind and helpful during our stay.

Be aware that the stairs to access the property are quite steep and the sofa bed is not very comfortable, but if you can adapt, this accommodation is ideal for experiencing Edinburgh to the fullest.

Clean with good facilities.

The apartment was at the top of the stairs, which gave a brilliant view of the outside square. Our hosts very kindly left us milk, so a very welcome cuppa on arrival. It was spotlessly clean. There are plenty of attractions right on the doorstep. We have no hesitation in recommending it.

The stairs need to get a mention. However, there are many pros in favour of the place.

Superb

The location is absolutely stunning ! Just in the old town (Grassmarket), perfectly accessible to everything. The apartment is cute and contains every equipment that you'd need. The landlord is available and helpful. Thank you again to him ! In all, a perfect holiday. We'll be back !

Superb location right in the heart of all the tourist attractions. Very comfortable flat with a stocked kitchen. Even had milk in the fridge for a cuppa.

Ignored by the apartment owner

The apartment is very nice and very well located.

The sofa bed was broken so I texted the owner about it and was absolutely ignored by him which led us to sleep on the floor during our stay.

Highly recommended city centre apartment. Simple but adequate.

The location was superb, right in the centre. The flat was simple and modern, and contained pretty much all the basic necessities, especially in the kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar were provided.

Very minor points: a waste paper basket in the bedroom would have been helpful, enough toilet paper for the duration, and tissues in the bedroom. Oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen would also have been welcome.

the address on Booking.com is incorrect. late at night looking for a property that did not exist caused stress. however the owner answered the phone immediately and corrected the address. the photos on the website are not of the property.

Great location in the heart of Grassmarket.

Location was great.

The bed was very uncomfortable you can feel the springs through it and it was hard. There were a ton of stairs to get up to the apartment which was ok for my party but it was not mentioned in the description.

Location in heart of the old city. 3rd floor location. Powerful shower. Complimentary milk. Owner helpfully helped printing some Airport bus tickets.

Central light in front room is not working. Plugs not labelled so fridge got accidentally switched off when charging a device. Spaghetti pile of wires/extension leads. Grubby carpet.

Limpieza bien . Ubicación bien . Tercer piso , escaleras y entrada sucias , faltaba limpieza , barrer escalera , había telas de araña en la escalera y olía mal , daba mala impresión al llegar .

Apartamento limpio y buena ubicación , pero todavía tengo metido en el sentido el mal olor del porta

La ubicación es perfecta y céntrica

El portal por el que se entra súper sucio sucio sucio, un olor que tenia que subir con la nariz tapada, con muchas telarañas , con aceite incrustado en las escaleras, está al lado un bar que hace uso del portal y deja toda la entrada con mucha peste a grasa y muchas manchas de aceite incrustadas , huele a grasa de Cocina rancia , ese es el Olor del portal y súper asqueroso . El colchón del sofá cama es tan fino que me clavaba todos los hierros , no tiene nada de colchón .
