Location is great - The Meadows, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street etc are all within walking distance. The apartment has an amazing collection of cookware and cooking utensils.
Apartment is on the ground floor in a 200 year old Close, so lacking natural light most of the day. Luckily radiators and hot water are working well. 😊

It was clean, equipped with necessities and can’t beat the location. It did get extremely noisy with the neighbors partying loud until the wee house on a couple of nights but I am considering it as local experience. I would definitely recommend especially if you are looking to stay in the middle of all the buzz with easy access yo all of Old Town, Edinburgh castle and all. It made for a very memorable trip for us.

Right in the heart of the Old town.

fabulous location. Perhaps the best neighborhood to enjoy being a tourist.
Perhaps the patio area front and back could be tidier but it is a big building with I am sure multiple owners so might be a homeowner Association issue.
