Every part of the process was a breeze. Instructions were excellent and clear to understand.
Maybe an option to purchase an arrival pack of groceries for an additional cost? Having milk, bread, butter and cheese would have been extremely appreciated.

Appartamento grazioso, pulito, fornito di ogni servizio e utensili. Personale gentile e disponibile.
se ci fosse stato l’olio d’oliva per cucinare e una macchinetta del caffè sarebbe stata da 11/10!!

Tesisin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi bu bize güzel bir avantaj sağladı.
Banyo malzemeleri çok eksikti, sabun ve şampuandan başka neredeyse hiçbir malzeme yoktu. Salondaki koltuk ve battaniyelerin çok temiz olmadığını düşünüyorum. Çıkış işlemlerinde ise valizlerimizi sadece saat 14:00 e kadar bekletmek istedik fakat bu konuda yardımcı olmadılar. Eğer burada konaklayacaksanız 11:00 de çıkış yapıp valizlerinizi yanınıza almak zorunda kalacağınızı bilmenizi isterim.
