Loft moderne avec garage dans l'hyper centre

Big and nice apartment, great location, self check-in.

The shower was a little dirty, and there were small flies or insects in it. The smaller shower head was mouldy.

This is a well kept apartment that is very roomy. The sofa is comfortable with some welcome soft furnishings. It is wonderfully positioned for visiting the centre of Rouen. The parking is a real bonus. We look forward to returning to it.

The convenience of the location was fantastic, the space was great. Love some of the decor really unusual and eclectic tastes. Garage is perfect if your car fits. Good WiFi and tv.

The shower was hanging out of the wall, so none of us used the shower which is not ideal when you’ve been travelling all day There were no windows that could open and no air-conditioning which made it very dangerous as we have small babies with us. The temperature of the r apartment was 37°. At one point we thought about sleeping on the garage floor just because it was a couple of degrees cooler . The only fan provided was an oscillating fan that just blows around hot air. Although this is a great holiday let I think these are two things that really need to have attention paid to them. The tea towel hung on the wall was also dirty. One of the glass doors was smashed from a previous resident, which was also a little bit dangerous considering we had two children with us.
