This place is an amazing modern rental in Rouen. The open floor plan and amenities are amazing! We would definitely rent again.The ground floor is all bedrooms that open onto a central courtyard, with an open living space upstairs. This smart home has everything—an infrared sauna, hot tub, toilet/bidet, smart curtains, and great A/V equipment.The only downside is you need to walk across the bridge to old town Rouen, but that 10 minute walk was worth the amenities.

Amazing house! Super safe and convenient parking. Comfortable living spaces, both indoor and outdoor. Quiet and private setting in busy city. We loved it!

Emplacement idéal pour aller centre ville ( maison sur rive gauche ), la maison est vraiment bien sécurisée et bien pensée…
On peut mettre la voiture dans une cour fermée
Pour aller dans Rouen c est vraiment top
