Beautiful house, bit difficult to park a car

Beautiful design with the stone walls and set up. Instructions were clear and the house was peaceful. The sauna worked well, kitchen items worked, there was coffee, tea, oil and salt etc available. Even shampoo and soap were available.

The room downstairs near the sauna was too warm for our comfort, we were missing bowls in the kitchen. There was a cover for the window on the outside, but we couldn't figure out how it worked. You need to be with 2 people for check in if you are with a car, as one needs to collect the carpark card while the other waits outside the fenced off city part without being able to park somewhere shortly.

Could have been great but was let down by faulty sauna and dirty underwear left behind.

Property could have been very good but issues with it and then the lack of follow up afterwards were very poor.

Dirty underwear left in the property on the floor shows it had not been cleaned properly. The sauna was broken with a temporary wooden door that didnt seal properly so one half was cold and the other half heated up. The broken glass door was on the street outside which was a risk to car tyres as well. When I contacted the property afterwards there was no response. Booking.com have also been useless in sorting this out.

Great location, great spa

One shower for 4 people is not enough. This apartment sleeps 6 so one shower is definitely not enough. Only one toilet so no toilet for the bedroom downstairs which could be quite dangerous at night with the stone staircase. The picture for the parking bay was not clear as to which parking bay number to park in. The instructions could be better to get to the car park as not made clear that you had to use the card to get the bollards to go down in order to get to the car park garage

A perfect mix of old and new in a very convenient location.

Very different but luxurious facilities in the downstairs section. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable.

Slight lack of toiletries, and we were waiting for about half and hour after check in to get the correct code to property.

Localisation idéale au cœur de la ville mais dans une petite rue calme Logement propre et au cœur de la ville avec parking à proximité Bonne literie en sous-sol Interlocuteur se rendant dispo en cas de problème mais uniquement par sms Mise à disposition de capsules de café et savon pour la douche Le caractere particulier du sous-sol en pierre

Fenêtres donnant sur une cour/allée intérieure sans rideaux. Il y a bien des volets (😳) mais il y a des lucarnes en haut de chaque fenêtre sans rien pour éviter le potentiel vis-à-vis avec les logements en face ... et le lever du jour 😵‍💫 Pas de terrasse ! Pas de paillasson ni de patère ou porte-manteau perroquet pour mettre les manteaux et parapluie. Canapé vieillissant et tv sans notice (carnet d'accueil pas à jour) Aucun rangement ni porte-manteau, nous avons donc tout laisser dans les sacs Pas de capsules pour lave-vaisselle Pas de va-et-vient pour les interrupteurs.. dommage surtout si on doit se lever la nuit Peu de place pour aller à la douche entre la parroie et le sèche-serviette.. il ne faut pas être enceinte par exemple En sous-sol, jacuzzi ok mais qui a visiblement quelques années au compteur.. et sauna HS quand on est arrivé 🤔.. 30mn à essayer de le démarrer avant de déranger la personne responsable qui ne communique que par sms .. dommage pour l'humain.. le sauna a fini par fonctionner grâce à une mise-à-jour mais sans lumière et avec la trappe qui tombait tout le temps sur les pieds. Chambre en sous-sol ayant énormément de caractère et de potentiels en terme de décoration... dommage qu'elle soit vide (hormis une jolie table Singer transformée 👍)... en revanche on a bien vu le seau la serpillière et l'aspirateur et 2 poufs dans un coin

Vous pourriez nettement approfondir la cave.. Rajouter un coin salon. Nous venons essentiellement pour passer du temps dans celle ci. Vérifier que toutes vos leds fonctionnent bien

Mooi huis, maar moeilijk te bereiken

Super bed. Sauna vermoedelijk ook goed maar doordat we zoveel tijd kwijt waren om auto kwijt te geraken daar niet optimaal van kunnen genieten, duurde lang voor het wat warm was.

Weinig keukengerief, veel te kleine vuilbak, ouderwetse blikopener, geen kommen, slechts 4 stoelen in accomodatie voor 8 personen. Zeer moeilijk te bereiken. Ligt in autovrije zone, maar errand was het onmogelijk om je auto even te parkeren zodat je de accomodatie te voet kon bereiken. Veel tijd verloren met toertjes rijden. Parkeergarage is beperkt in hoogte, dit wisten we niet vooraf. Niet ideaal dat je om te douchen voor en na sauna telkens een smalle keldertrap op moet.

Nous avons trouvé la cave voûtée,magnifique,dans laquelle se trouve le jacuzzi et le sauna ainsi qu’une des chambres.

Le manque de propreté ,d’équipements cuisine ,de place pour rentrer dans la douche!!!!de lumière (trop sombre),une minuscule poubelle dans la cuisine.
