Nice , spacy apartment in a great location

The location is very central and nice for exploring Rouen by foot. The apartment offers everything you need. Good equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Dryer and washing machine also available.

Overall it is clean but inside the kitchen shelves it could be cleaner. Freezer is completely iced and it was not possible to use.

Location was great. The apartment is big and very well equipped. If you are a group of 6 (3 couples) it is difficult to imagine a better value for money

There’s no good reason for bed sheets and towels not to be white. If you are a group above 4, I would say that having only one shower might be a limiting factor for the morning routine

Lovely modern apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment had everything our family of four needed. The interior design was lovely, the apartment is very clean and modern. We enjoyed the large tv in the lounge. The location is fantastic, just an easy 5 minute stroll to the old town and the river at the end of the street. Thank you for a lovely stay.

La ubicación es excepcional. El apartamento es muy confortable. No hay ascensor pero no supuso ningún problema. Está cerca de la zona principal de ROUEN, lo que te permite ir andando. Camas confortables. Sin duda repetiremos

Quizás la posibilidad de que pueda gestionarse la posibilidad de aparcar en el recinto, ya que hay un acceso para vehículos.

Appartement is op de derde verdieping van een wooncomplex. Er is geen lift en dus trappen lopen. Dat viel niet mee, zeker voor iemand die daar veel problemen mee had., Als we dit van te voren hadden geweten, hadden we niet geboekt..Het is aan te bevelen om de bereikbaarheid bij de informatie over het appartement te vermelden

pas d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble. il n'y avait pas de papier toilette. Il faut améliorer l'insonorisation, on entend vraiment le trafic dans la rue. le sèche-linge ne fonctionne pas bien.

Normalement, cet appartement devrait inclure une place de stationnement pour les usagers, mais nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver un endroit où garer notre véhicule. Malgré cela, je recommande vivement cet appartement aux futurs usagers. Merci !

Appartement très bien placé en centre ville très facile pour une famille nombreuse (3 chambres ). Très propres et très bien équipé.

Bémol sur l’impossibilité de laisser en dépôt les affaires avant 17h ou après 11h sans un petit coin de l’appartement avant de reprendre le train. Donc visite de Rouen avec les bagages car pas de consignes dans Rouen ou à la gare …
