The Manor House

We had a lovely stay at the Manor House, all our needs were looked after, we slepted well and the cooked breakfast was great. We enjoyed the walk down into Peel and found a great pub on the front for our evening meal. Furthermore, we were able to leave our car in the car park and explore Peel further after we had checked out in the Morning which was very kind.

Das B&B ist superschön und sehr stylish eingerichtet. Die Ownerin ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber.

Mein Navi kannte weder den Namen des B&B noch den Namen des Hauses und da es keine Strassennummer gibt, konnte ich den genauen Ort nicht programmieren. Und da es eine beinah durchgehende hohe Hecke gibt und die Einfahrt super eng ist, bin ich mehrmals dran vorbei gefahren und hab den Eingang erst dann gefunden, als ich angerufen und mich dann zu Fuss auf die Suche gemacht hab. Offenbar darf aber das B&B vom Government aus kein grösseres Schild anbringen. Das ist mega schade und super unpraktisch. Ausserdem stand ich abends bei meiner Rückkehr vor verschlossener Tür und keiner hatte mir erklärt, wie ich wieder rein kommen kann. Ich musste also erneut anrufen und nachfragen. Das wär eine Info, die einem schon beim einchecken mitgegeben werden müsste.

Great breakfast. Comfortable room and a lovely house with updated facilities. Great place to stay.

Only negative was that toilet was next door and shared with 3 other rooms. Turns out there was a washbasin in the room, so it was not a great problem.

Katryna and Matthew are great hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and lovely breakfast. Off road parking.
