The farm itself is such a peaceful and beautiful place
The hospitality and food was outstanding and it was very close to Peel.
The road coming in was a little rough but nothing to worry about.

Fantastic welcome. Owner bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay.
Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic for an out of the way vacation. After the initial disappointment of 'booked accommodation' not being what we thought we had booked we made the most of what was available.
Accommodation soundproofing. Was on tenterhooks all the time. Were we making too much noise? We could hear other rooms 'noise'. Beds were superbly soft but duvets were either too small or the fillings made a goodnight's sleep uncomfortable (our personal view only others may love it).

The place to stay in Isle of Man
Beautiful place to stay with delicious breakfast and incredibly friendly people :)

Disappointing and mixed feelings. We paid for 4* and didn't get 4* treatment. Won't be going again.
Loved the location and the farmhouse was a real family home. The room was spotlessly clean. Very welcoming hostess (who was the owner)on arrival with pot of tea and homemade flapjacks.
Lack of communication between owner and Managers resulting in us making our own breakfast for 2 days which was nothing like a continental breakfast and not getting any breakfast for 2 days. We originally booked B&B with full english but was then contacted that only continental would be available as the owner had other commitments to other group bookings event so we agreed to that. We were shown toaster and bread and the fridge with natural yoghurt, some fruit in a plastic container and a small piece of cheese, one box of granola. So no choices at all. No kettle to make a drink with our breakfast had to use the drinks in our room. Same next day. Third day same again but no bread to even make out own toast and following day no packed meal as arranged to take with us. Basically we were left to our own devices, no one checked on us to see if we were ok it was if we weren't there. This is 4* with rave reviews so what went wrong? no idea?

Great place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer
Great location, peaceful .Excellent facility’s, clean and tidy, nice little touch’s here and there. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would like to say thank you very much for the sausage sandwich’s on the day of our very early departure as we were going to miss breakfast.

Perfect
One word - Fab-u-lous! We couldn't fault it. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and loads of unexpected extras like nuts, cheese and biscuits, flapjacks, port and sherry. The breakfast was fantastic. There was everything you could wish for, mostly home produced, all cooked to order. For us the location wasn't a problem as it was so beautiful and scenic and taxis into town are readily available if you don't want to drive in. Just a shame there isn't a pub within walking distance of the farm.

First class would go back without hesitation.
The hosts and the accommodation was outstanding - In a great location in the countryside with plenty of walks and the farm animals for entertainment.
Only a minor gripe would be the condition of the access lane (A few potholes need to be repaired)
