The food and atmosphere in bar has definitely improved.
The fan in bathroom was broken and made noise all night from 10:30 till morning.
Didn't raise it at the time because we didn't want to move rooms at 10:30 pm....
The window had no filter and wind blowing through all night, understand weather was poor but this is basic maintenance.
We stay here quite a lot and when we spoke to reception in the morning showing videos of the issues we had we were told of a refund and are still waiting on this.
It's a shame because we stay at this hotel a lot though the year.
Some sort of acknowledgement would be appreciated with this issues we had on this particular visit.
