Wonderful hotel in a great location with friendly staff
Beautiful rooms decorated in art deco style with really nice touches such as complimentary soft drinks and snacks, delicious breakfasts and friendly staff. Amazing location on the promenade within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The restaurant serves delicious food.
Could be quite noisy with the wind rattling through the windows but this is a minor point.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Could not fault it , staff were excellent helpful and friendly. Room was beautiful, it was my birthday and they had decorated the room which was a lovely surprise. Fantastic location, walking distance to ferry to . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed four nights with my partner while visiting friends on the Island. Room was great, nice comfy bed, very nice bathroom. Staff were amazing, very kind and helpful; cleaners were also very nice and did an excellent job. Breakfast was fantastic and we made the most of it every day. Great location, very easy bus from the Airport to Douglas. At checkout we were visiting a friend down the other end of the promenade and asked reception for a taxi, he said the Taxi would take a while to come so he would just give us a lift; extremely kind and helpful, going the extra mile. We loved our stay here.

Lovely hotel, super professional, and friendly staff. Great location!!
The hotel decor was lovely. The room was very spacious, with LED strip lighting. Which was a nice touch. They were also immaculate. With a coffee set up and nice treats in the mini fridge.
The only issue was that it was very windy when we stayed. Guests kept leaving the main door open, and the wind did howl through. Which I do understand was out of the hotels control. They have done their best with the windows and even supplied ear plugs.
