A great little place to stay with beautiful views out to sea and a family atmosphere

Customer service was out of this world. Let us check this in ridiculously early after the late night boat arrival. Superb hosts and location at a great vale price.

Perfect

Lovely room. Spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. Great view. The smart TV was such a great addition. I got to watch YouTube in bed rather than the standard freeview. Major plus point.

A wonderful place to stay, warm and welcoming.

Perfect place on the promenade, great view. Lovely walking distance into Douglas. Loads of parking right outside. Building is full of charm and character. Room was warm and very clean. Superb hosts, looked after me wonderfully catering for my dietary needs superbly and gave me a very early check in following an early morning ferry arrival- a wonderful welcome! Breakfast was hearty and delicious; tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and I greatly appreciated the packed lunch provided when I left early before breakfast - thank you very much for making my stay warm, safe and relaxing whilst I was dealing with my late husbands business affairs in the Isle of Man.

It was raining so hard , so I didnt enjoy much the island but our stay is real good.

I did not expect anything , but I am happy that everything just fine and above all my dog Snooky had a great time and was happy . The hotel staff was super nice and the room is very clean , the shower is perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you for welcoming my Snooky too.

Nothing I didn't like . My dog Snooky is very much welcome and the parking is great .That's all it matter despite of the heavy rain .

Truly a home from home

What can I say! From start to finish these guys pulled out all the stops to make me feel at home. The staff and owners were absolutely wonderful and so chatty and friendly. The food was fantastic, that good I had three English breakfasts during my stay! I felt so at home in this cozy and beautiful little place and it was just what I needed. I will be back, time and time again I think.

It was a good location - but too small for us (two adults and a small dog)

It was a good location - right on the promenade and the little garden at the back of the property was useful for our dog. The owner/staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming.

My room (5) had a great view, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts, both full English and Continental were huge! The owners and Lesley were very friendly and welcoming.

The only negative thing I thought was the bedroom could do with a new window - the sea air had done it's worst - the glass was clean but the woodwork was starting to rot - not a real problem though.

The location of the hotel from ferry was good.

Sharing a bathroom with 4 others on the same floor. All bee it i was the only one on the floor at the time of stay for one night. It's advertised as all rooms En-suite tho which it's not.
