Estancia breve pero muy agradable. Habitación muy bonita, con cama cómoda y vestidor. Baño práctico. Creemos que nos dieron un free upgrade porque nos alojamos en una habitación con balcón con vistas preciosas a las montañas y el pueblo nevado.
Es un hotel inteligente por lo que no hay personal físico para atenderte. Tanto el check-in como el check-out se hacen con una especie de ordenador que está justo a la entrada. Resulta un poco complicado o te encuentras un poco perdido en un primer momento pero luego se realiza muy fácilmente.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is new
I paid on checking in, then when checking out the computer system tried to charge me again. There is only a whattsapp number and no one responded fro 2-3 days! They say there is a bus but that is actually only on during skiing season and limited service. There is a self service kitchen for breakfast but limited selection. You also get emails for each room that you booked asking you to checkin before, I booked two rooms and think I got about 10 emails all asking me to checkin. Please sort that out!
