I liked that the property was clean, it was in a central location very close to where I work. It also had everything I needed. Carla was very helpful in assisting me with my late check in and answering any questions promptly.
Only thing I didn’t like was that the flushing mechanism for the toilet was quite stiff and hard to use.

The location was perfect.
Great value for money

The lady who greeted us to get us checked in was helpful and prompt.
Had a fridge , cooking and dishwashing facilities
Just a couple of little things, could maybe do with an extra pillow each as you only get one pp. Also great cupboard space with ironing facilities but didn't have any coat hangers.
The bed was a bit softer than I'm used to so could possibly be improved with a mattress topper.

Six flights of stairs because lift not working, I am 70 and really struggled, the person who let me in said she would have to word with her manager, but no one came back to me, for the price I paid if I had known no lift would not have booked. Also no TV signal when I went to reception was told I would have to contact maintenance, but they did not have a number ! Extremely disappointed with this property, have booked many properties with booking.com but this must be the worst.
