V friendly staff at the reception however the booking process was stressful. If you are not a student do not book here they will cancel your booking, submitted student id card but was told that's not enough and had to get further documentation from my uni. The studio was very spacious and the mattress was super comfy, less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre very luxurious feel in the studio there's a fridge and cupboards so you can store your drinks and snacks.

I stayed at Nova during a short visit to Nottingham and was genuinely impressed. The location is unbeatable – close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and historic spots like Nottingham Castle.
The apartment was spotless and had a smart, modern design with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like a desk and a spacious shower. I also appreciated the quiet, adult-only vibe – perfect for getting work done without distractions.

Its in a good location not a far walk to the center. The rooms a decent size and no one was in the room next door so the shared kitchen was not a problem. All very clean and enough storage space. Easy enough to get in and out the building.
It's unclear that only current students can stay—this is only mentioned in the title, not in the description, policies, or during booking. On the day, we were asked for dated proof of student status, and Unidays wasn’t accepted at first. Since we were already on our way, it was stressful waiting for confirmation, especially after already paying with no alternative accommodation.
