Maison Blanc

The location was nice and tucked away, with adequate parking space on the street. I was offered a hot drink in the morning. The place was very tidy (OCD tidy). There was no obnoxious smell. Big clean, organized and bright shower and toilet room.

I was put off by the reception, it was cordial nor welcoming, to me. Rather it was one of suspicion and rather transactional ( Notwithstanding there was confusion with my name, and I arrived just before midnight). The host asked if I had any identification before arrival, I told him I had my driver's licence. Upon arrival after showing it to him he straightway took a pic of my id. I didn't like that but I was just very tired and needed to sleep, so I didn't argue nor self advocate. I don't know if he's ICO registered, if he's not then it was both unethical and illegal for him to have done that. Early in the morning I could hear every step and shuffling movements along the adjacent room corridors! Besides those three bits it was an overall comfortable sleep.

Professionally managed with attention to detail.

Everything was great from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived quite late because I was delayed, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and this was honestly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Amazing value for the price – I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
