Very good location , next to a library and close to the Trent and a fairly short walk to Nottingham station . Excellent value for money .
Access is not always 100% straightforward , no refrigeration for a B&B guest ( officially ) .

Easy distance to what we wanted. Ground floor
No cutlery whatsoever.Kitchen furniture grubby. Stated quiet place though people talking loud on phone late at night and 5am in morning then use blender 6am we in the room next to kitchen

Pleasant enough, good for a one night stay, probably wouldn't want to stay there for longer though.
Shared bathroom with permanent tenants wasn't kept too clean. Heating was also on full blast when I arrived making the room like a sauna

Breakfast, as advertised, not an option
Only one toilet for many rooms although 2showers,. Drains need fixing in showers and bathrooms need some serious cleaning .
Beds comfortable and bedding clean.
Hall and stairs might want to make friends with a vacuum cleaner on of these days.
