The area, someone was murdered in the early hours of the night I stayed there, even without that happening it is not a nice area at all

Cheapest place in Nottingham, so not expecting too much. It's a room in a house, bathroom shared with other rooms. 7 key safes, and it could be tricky if all were occupied, but seemed like only 1 other occupant, so it worked out. Room was clean, bed was clean and comfy. Bring your own soap! All in all, OK for one night as a solo person.
