waste of money and time
After a long working day, all was looking a good sleep, but when i went there with my son and was told that the keys are under the foot mat at the entrance but when we entered the room no 1 and there was no window or ventilation and i took the pictures of the room. we could not stay there even for ten minutes and booked a room for another place and left this place. its a complete waste of money. i request to booking.com to help me to get my money back from this inconsiderate owner as its unhabitable room to live never mind renting. i believe it is illegal to advertise this kind of room on booking.com as it do not fulfil health and safety concerns to rent. Its a converted garage in a terrace house which still have garage door from outside and it do have any option to have window for ventilation and it should not be advertise to rent. i was wondering if the owner have the licence to rent this room no 1 and might get in couch with the local environmental health department to get this checked to stop this owner keep doing this. i will appreciate your response.
