Loud humming sound

Good location.

There was a very loud humming sound and vibration constantly in the room which made it difficult to sleep. It was very warm with no way to adjust the temperature. The windows didn't open very much and the noise from the street was very loud constantly. Very thin blanket and pillows, and the window blinds did not properly block out the light. I would not stay here again. Also, stain on the corridor carpet that looks like a murder scene

Fantastic location & facilities!!

The location was great & it felt safe!! Spacious room & great facilities!!

Due to a family emergency I had to cut short my stay & return home after only one night 😭. It was sad that I couldn't stay for the whole time and continue to enjoy the facilities & location. No negative things to say about the place itself.

The Hydrogen House Team was very lovely and helpful.

The room wasn’t clean enough. I got the studio at the lowest floor and couldn’t open the window at all. In front of the window there were many spider webs and dust. Opening it would be terrible for my health. In addition to this the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was also no room service during my whole stay. Had to take the bin out myself.

Cheap but wouldn’t stay again

It was close to the centre and where I was working. Costa below which was handy.

The room was not like the pictures. Small and the kitchen was basic, but the pots and pans were not usuable, which was a let down. The bed was broken in my room. It was the most affordable of places to stay

My location is very good.. The receptionists were excellent. Having in house Laundry facilities was really good.

Nottignham: I didn't meet the sheriff but I saw Robin Hood statues...

This is a student residence with very nice self-contained studios. Centrally located near Old Market Square, the centre of the city. Only 3 tram stops from the train station, with the stop right at the entrance of Hydrogen. The studio is well-equipped. The WIFi was perfect! And very nice and helpful staff. And nearby all sorts of groceries, restaurants, pubs and shops. Tourist office very near. A perfect budget place to be in Nottingham. No, I didn't meet the Scheriff...

The location is very good. This is a student accommodation, on the Sat evening it got very noisy. Otherwise, everything alright.

The room is a bit smelly, as the air ventilation is not very well. But understandable as the window could not fully open due to safety.

Great location, but cleaning not up to scratch

I arrived to a room with a filthy bed, dirty floors and no loo roll. The staff on site were apologetic and very friendly, but It took days for the customer service team to accept responsibility and even then I was only refunded £39.05 - not even the £50 cleaning fee on my booking. The location is fantastic and the bed was comfortable (once I knew it was clean) but I couldn’t recommend staying here. I had cleaning wipes with me and was horrified by the state of the floors and surfaces. Photos show bed on arrival and cloths I cleaned floor and surfaces with

Really recommend this place!

I have travelled and stayed there with my boyfriend for my graduation ceremony. If you’ve been studying at NTU before, you know that this place has an absolutely perfect location! For everyone else I would also recommend this place, it’s really clean and has everything you would need for a short stay. The staff is also friendly and available 24/7. Overall, I was really happy with my stay here

Sehr zentrale Unterkunft mit einer Austattung für eine Person.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super gut. Sie liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer kommt eigentlich mit allem was man braucht um sich dort auch selbst zu versorgen. Das Personal hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und versucht alle Wünsche umzusetzen.

Die Ausstattung war recht günstig gehalten. Das Zimmer kam nur mit einem Set Handtücher. Für zwei eingecheckte Gäste passt das nicht so. Es wäre super gewesen wenn ein Mülleimer und eine Toiletten Bürste, sowie mehr als eine Rolle Klopapier vorhanden gewesen wäre. Für zwei Personen war ein Geschirr Set und ein paar Besteck auch etwas wenig.

La struttura è in una posizione eccellente nel centro di Nottingham, tuttavia è stato uno dei nostri peggiori soggiorni. L'intera struttura aveva un odore nauseante; per raggiungere la nostra stanza dovevamo attraversare un corridoio cieco che aveva un odore terrificante. Anche la nostra stanza aveva un odore terribile. C'erano molte finestre con i vetri sporchissimi, delle quali una soltanto di poteva aprire di soli pochi centimetri, il che non permetteva un normale cambio d'aria. Il letto e i cuscini non erano comodi, e anche le lenzuola non davano di certo l'idea di pulito. Nel bagno mancava lo spazzolone del wc, e non c'era nemmeno un tappeto per uscire dalla doccia; la porta faticava a chiudersi. Abbiamo soggiornato in due, e ci avevano lasciato solo due piccoli asciugamani. Fortunatamente abbiamo richiesto altri asciugamani in reception e ci sono stati gentilmente dati. Le luci posizionate in modo scomodo, senza neanche una lampada vicino al letto. Complessivamente, l'intera stanza dava l'idea di sporco.
