Peaceful stay in a welcoming home.

Truly a reasonably priced property with well appointed kitchen. Really cosy rooms with a comfortable bed. Thank you Abood I would definitely recommend and stay again when I'm visiting Nottingham.

My experience here was awful. Checked out 2 days early

Location wise its about 48 minutes walk to Nottingham City centre.

The host promised me a monitor in my room (there was an old monitor from the 90s with no HDMI port and I was promised an up to date monitor so I could work in the room.) But then the host ignored me for 3 days other to ask me how my stay was going... very insulting really. The house was constantly noisy at night with guests constantly marching up and down the creekiest stairs ive ever heard. Couldn't get a wink of sleep here. Faulty fire alarm beeping constantly because the host hadn't replaced the low batteries also. I wouldn't stay here again. Might be okay if youre a student on a tiny budget though and dont value your sleep.

An excellent, peaceful, and comfortable stay—I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-organised. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with all the necessary facilities provided. The bed was very comfortable, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met and even exceeded my expectations. The stay was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish.

I am 100% sure I won't be staying at this place again.

At first sight nice and cozy.

However, when I arrived I found that the key lock box already had the correct code set (as if whoever put the key in didn't even bother to then put in a random combination), and in the room itself the bedsheet was crumpled (as if someone has slept in the bed and it wasn't subsequently changed).

Excellent value and lovely host

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up to make everything convenient for guests. The facilities were excellent and the value for money was incredibly good! Based on the accommodation itself, I would definitely give full marks. The owner was also very polite and always replied to my messages quickly.

The house is in a great location and the room is great value and easy to book

The heating didn't work in the room so was very cold when I arrived but it was ok under the covers on the bed
