Great location, room was large with a comfortable double bed, there was a sink fridge and an oven and a spacious separate bathroom It was very quiet and peaceful. The owner had provided a fan which was great because the window didn’t open

Nothing for the price

Great location, very near the centre of the City. Quiet, down a side-street. Secure and easy access. Carparking at St James not too expensive and 5mins walk away.

It’s a student residence, a converted big office block, where a few rooms are let out on a daily basis. It’s not a hotel. Have to make arrangements for initial access. The room was a bit stark but comfortable and clean

The room was a good size and had a small but functional kitchen. It also had a private bathroom The manager was very nice.

The shower didn't drain. I pulled out the drain cover to find it packed with body hair. The bathroom sink drained very slowly . In the kitchen, there is no plug for the sink, a very old sponge, and a very scabby bin bag . The kitchen was grubby, under the sink there was a load of empty cleaning bottles and a cloth. We reported the shower to the manager who sent out a maintainence person who removed a bit of hair. The drain was still dirty, full of hair and smelled really horrible. The manager wanted to meet us to show this but we had a 3 day event and didn't want to waste time waiting for a problem to be sorted.
