Good facilities for the price. Comfortable beds. Owner was very attentive and responded quickly to queries. Location waa also ideal as it wasn't far from centre.

Came during the heatwave and no fan or aircon in room so room got really hot and struggled to sleep. Weather can't be helped so we were all really happy with the rooms for the price.

It’s perfect for me whilst working in Nottingham. Clean tidy and free parking. Everything I need has obviously been thought through very well. I’ve stayed here on and off for the last couple of months and never had to contact the owner with any issues.

Rooms were obviously fairly recently refurbished and cleaned.

Too close to a city road. Noisy from traffic. The email giving us details of how to check in arrived in my inbox box overnight that we were already there! I was unable to log in to booking.com as I had no wifi until in the property when I could use the property wifi. I had to call the owner and it was difficult to hear. He kindly stayed on phone whilst we accessed the property. However a light in the hall was timed and went of so quickly that we struggled to input the codes into the doors. The stairs down were very steep and the door threshold into and out of the property quite tricky to negotiate with bags etc. We were told the cafe would be open upstairs in the morning but as far as we could tell there was no access to it from our basement.
