Cosy and private

Everything honestly. Beds were very comfy and having netflix was a nice touch. All facilities were in working order and plenty of water and tea was nice to have. Felt very private whilst still being near the central

Great little flat.

Its set in a quiet location. No noise to keep us awake. 2 double beds and a bathroom. More tea and coffee than you could drink for our 1 night stay which was nice to see that it wasn't limited to one brew each. Nice and clean and had everything we needed for the night.

Couple of things for me and adults previously mentioned. The boiler can get loud especially during the night but once we was asleep it was fine. My partner had to open the window as it was too hot for him. Also extra pillows was needed. We had to sleep with the pillow doubled over. 1 pillow each was not enough. Apart from that we would happily stop here again if we ever needed to visit nottingham again. Thanks.

Attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort made the stay feel homely.

Very clean. The property was already heated before we arrived which was so thoughtful. We had hot drink facilities, microwave and fridge.

Cleaning could be better. Host can contact me about this.. Pillows were awful, too thin and firm. Carpet damaged by past guests, TV screen scratched, shower gel left by previous guest.

Weekend in Nottingham

Owners were really helpful and considerate with a well documented and smooth check in procedure Location was within walking distance if Nottingham Room was as described and met our needs, nice to have two double beds. Useful to have a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room

Perfect for us visiting Nottingham Uni. Clear access instructions, all you need and nice en-suite.

Close to Nottingham Uni which was perfect for our visit. Everything you need and benefit of two beds and a lovely en-suite. The host contacted me after the visit to let me know that something had been left. Turned out not to be ours but a nice touch to check.

Only downside was the room was quite hot and the boiler seemed to turn off and on all night. If you have a bad neck like me then I would also advise taking your own pillow. Otherwise, all good.

Had a comfortable night.

A small , clean flat with 2 double bed . Everything you need is there. The location was good , quiet. We had a comfortable night. The only thing I don’t like , microwave should be put on top of the table not on the floor.

The flat was very clean, organised and spacious, with 2 very comfortable double beds, and well proportioned bathroom. The heating was on and welcoming.

OK for 1 night

Location is in a building in the garden of a house. You can park on the side of the road (for free) and enter the studio via the gate and garden. Key is in the door. Studio is OK in terms of facilities. Bed was fine. Wifi good. Heating temperature could not be changed, bit warm in evening and morning.

Not the best area in Nottingham. Warm in room. No desk. Still half an hour walk to city centre.

Absolute gem of a find!!

This was such a find and we would absolutely use it again if we are in the area. The beds were so comfy, honestly, I cant say enough good things about this place. If you knew me you would know that I would never give a good review if it weren't true.

Lovely warm big room, felt welcomed!

We enjoyed our stay with my 9year old at this property. I was pleasantly surprised to see coloring book set for my child, thank you so much. Beds were incredibly comfortable (2 big beds in the room). Nice warm room with a big window. It was brilliant to have a mini-fridge and a microwave it the room. Plenty of tea bags, milk pouches, even plates and cutlery. Very quiet area. We really appreciate the generosity, thank you!:)

It would be nice if we could pull up the blind in the morning.

The accommodation was to much higher standard that i had expected in terms of fittings etc. the mattress was very comfortable.

A well equipped and comfortable apartment let down by things that are simple to fix

It seemed a quiet neighborhood and my car was safely left in the roadside overnight

The well equipped apartment was let down by issues with bathroom cleanliness and water drainage, black mould is a big issue and hasn't been treated which is quite easy to do. I also found an earring, hair and goo in the shower plug when I took it out to see why the shower wouldn't drain away quickly.

Really good, no issues. Towels and BISCUITS provided with free wifi. Shower was easy to use and hot enough. Good value for money. Clean aswell.

I liked the fact it was self contained and you could come and go as you liked. The beds were comfy. The host was friendly and provided great directions.
