The property is very clean and presents good value for money, being so close to Nottingham centre and the university. The free parking is a bonus and the checkin is very straightforward. I arrived at midnight so was great to know everything was taken care of. Shower was warm and powerful
These are only minor points but the boiler is located within Flat 1 and can be a little noisy when in use. This didn’t affect my sleep at all which is the main thing. The tv only has Netflix and YouTube, no terrestrial channels. The lighting isn’t great and could be brighter with only one window or would benefit from spotlights. As I say, these are only minor points.
