Access was easy and seamless. Communication was clear and concise. Good value for money. Great for access to Nottingham city centre and for Download Festival, which is what I booked it for.
We were asked not to eat on the beds, which is understandable, but there were directions for food deliveries and nowhere else to eat unless we stood up. I think a small dining table with two chairs would be ideal in the space underneath the TV as there are already plates and cutlery in the room. There is a small fridge in the room which is great, but it is not on the listing - I think it should be included. They are not criticisms, because the stay was simple, easy and good value. Just small updates to make it a little better.

Second stay here. Perfect location - close enough to city centre to do things and get where you need to go and far enough away for space, comfort and quiet calm. Lovely and clean, comfortable beds, awesome facilities. Self check in and out is amazing!
The bedside lamp doesn't provide much light at all. Would be great if it could have a brighter globe fitted? Also, a full length mirror would be a great addition to the room!
