Bad location - would not recommend

The property is located in an area that did not feel safe, especially as a solo female traveller. I did not feel comfortable to stay or leave my car parked there so had to find alternative accommodation last minute. The host was not understanding of my situation and stated ‘no refunds’. Would not recommend.

It was very clean and my room was a good size with all I needed.

Parking. Though the ad says there is parking there isn't really. There is space for a car but the surface is rubble and you'd probably end up with a pucture. Added to this, even if you did want to park there, you'd never get in as the entrance was always blocked.

Been staying at Lisa’s accommodation for over 2 years and cannot recommend them enough! Accommodation is reasonably priced and excellent facilities including washing machine and dryer. House is always immaculate and like home from home. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Been staying here for over 3 months and exceeded my expectations! House if immaculate and cleaned on a weekly basis. Kitchen is like home from home with oven, microwave, air fryer, etc. Also has washing machine and tumble drier. Other tenants are always pleasant and never no 'riff raff'. When in Nottingham for work, I would never stay anywhere else, especially for the competitive rates! Lisa, you never fail to provide a first class service and accommodation!

Stay here regularly when working in Nottingham. House is great - clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including well equipped kitchen including washing machine, air fryer, over, etc, so home from home.

Fantastic, I enjoyed my stay, very clean and quiet.

The accommodation is very clean, quiet & with good road network. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. I have been in the property twice this year, 4days in January and another 4days in march. Nice TV though am not TV person and didn't turn the TV on.

Just the kitchen bins, foot bin would have been the best instead of one using hands to open the bins. Nevertheless, the bins were very clean.

The house was very neat and tidy, had literally everything you need in a home which made it very comfortable. My best part was the kitchen.

Nothing, difficult to find, double parking everywhere, dreadful

Total misrepresentation, you can’t drive in the gate, if you did get in you can’t turn around as no room.No information on parking, bad bend yet you are expected to get out of your car and open a gate on a blind bend, double parking everywhere, extremely dangerous. And to top it off, the building looked like Bates Motel. Not a very professional owner, please avoid

A bit pricey. It is fairly automated, so there is no staff at hand. But that is nitpicking.
