Great place I’d stay again

Location and parking, it was well equipped

It was cold…. The heater in the bedroom worked fine but in main room it didn’t, the auto light on the stairs work well on the way in but was the place was dark so you found yourself Stumbling around in the dark, until you was halfway up.

Great for a short stay.

Compact but comfortable. Great for one or two nights. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and decor was nice.

Noise of people walking around upstairs was quite loud in the bedroom but not much that can be done about that and it didn't bother us until around 7am. Maybe just bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The flat door was unlocked when we arrived which was a bit disconcerting, there was a locked exterior door though.

convenient stay near nottingham centre

The bedroom was nice like the image on the listing, communication with the host was good, it was easy to get into the apartment.

The place wasn't super clean, the shower was a bit dirty and the bathroom mirror hadn't been cleaned, I could feel the springs on the bed.

location good, key collection easy.

Unfortunately the property hadn't been cleaned as the cleaner had had a family emergency. I never want to leave a poor review and I understood that there had been an issue which sounded unavoidable. It took a while to hear back from the owner and so I checked into a hotel and asked if I could be refunded bar commision or any other costs the owner had incurred. The owner wasn't happy to do that. I paid for both nights as well as for accomodation elsewhere so it became a really expensive trip.

Easy to park, easy to get hold of owner. Beds and linen were lovely.

Automatic light in hallway was set off when people came through the main entrance door. Made me jump the first time as I thought someone had entered the flat.

we enjoyed it but would next time we would fine another place

it looked nice and the bed was comfortable the place itself was nice we enjoyed our stay. the property owner was lovely and welcoming on the phone.

there was banging upstairs most of the night we left earlier then expected. it wasn’t that clean as the cups wasn’t washed there was opened alcohol in the cupboards, the bins weren’t taken out and there wasn’t any new toilet roll. it didn’t look like the picture either so we thought we was in the wrong apartment.

It’s just great, self contained & nice to have a sofa & kitchen :) Great host, really kind & accomodating :)

Shower gel & milk would have been great but not a deal breaker…. Can imagine some weary travellers might want a cuppa when they arrive though…. Maybe sachets & add a quid to the price? :)

Clean and modern. Easy access to city centre. Really good price. Host available for any queries. Definitely booking again and would recommend.

When paying over £75 a night would at least expect a decent mattress. Had an absolutely horrible night sleep. The shower was also very tight. Probably the 2 most important things you are looking for. And given a basement flat where there was no reception for some work calls I needed to make.

Not ground floor as stated, it's a basement apartment.

Not a ground floor apartment as stated, it's actually a basement apartment, entered by going down a flight of steep stairs with no handrail, internal steps in flat to bathroom are quite high, alright if fit and active. but if not !!!!. The on site parking is actually, on street parking, to be fair we always found a space within 50 or 60 meters, but definitely not on site. Quite a lot of dust in drawers and on drawers in the bedroom. The owner was a very amicable man to be fair.

Very pleased with accommodation, we would definitely come back again.

Good kitchen facilities, everything we needed, there were shops nearby to purchase necessities. Parking outside which was a bonus. Very nicely decorated and fitted out and very cosy.

Only one small thing, stairs down to the flat could have done with a handrail as they are quite steep.

GREAT space and helpful owner

Lovely space all nicely decorated with everything you need inside. I had an issue with feather duvet and pillows and Dom was very helpful in sourcing me an alternative.

It took me a while to get used to the floorboards above me but that's coz I'm not used to being in a house. It was quiet and the room dark so I slept really well afterwards.

Great short stay in Cosy Nice Apartment.

Great apartment has everything I needed for my short stay in Nottingham. Anything I needed the owner was in hand to help. It was perfect for what I wanted.

Dirty Kitchen Sink food left in it from previous guests. There was a stale musky smell like stale smoking from the other rooms. Wi-fi very poor no signal and not strong enough to use because it’s a down stairs apartment my phone had no signal.

Nicely designed, perfectly formed for me to feel like I am in a homely environment whilst away for work. I can work in the living area, relax watching TV in the bedroom.lively and quiet, and felt very safe as a lone female.

I got a bit chilly in the evening and couldn't work out how to get the radiator to come on in the bedroom. The owner had already offered to help if I couldn't work anything out, so my own fault really, I could have dropped him a message.

Poubelles non vidées à l'arrivée. Quelques déchets sous le lit/derrière le canapé. Logement en sous-sol donc assez sombre. Pas de machine à café!!!
