Lovely few days, good place for a base.

Quiet even though it was near a busy road. Small but had what we needed.

It was a little bit away from the centre but we didn’t mind the walk.

Lovley, would book again

Clean, comfy bed, hot shower, coffee and tea provided, hairdryer and ironing board. Host had clear communication and had no issues whatsoever

The propriety was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. ☺️ we appreciated the snacks and the coffee that came in handy for our late night cravings and early morning walks. The kitchenette and the bathroom had all the necessary utensils and toiletries. Our host was so kind and really made us feel safe with the booking. I hope we will get to book this again on our future trips to Nottingham. Do not hesitate to book this if you are looking for a really close to the city center place (actually one street away). Had a great time here and will definitely recommend it to you ;)

Loved every minute

Excellent apartment, very clean, central location, tea and coffee machine including tea bags and a variety of coffee, there was even a basket of Biscuits, cereal, crisps etc also in the fridge there was even two bottles of beer. Everything you needed was there.

Just the entrance needs a makeover, a bit tired looking.

Lovely apartment convenient to Trent University

Beautifully furnished and very well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. Loved the provision of biscuits, crisps and drinks. Good access to public transport with a bus stop just across the road.

The outside of the building did not look very promising, but the apartment itself was beautiful. There was some noise from the bar across the road, but not enough to disturb us.

Amazing time

We absolutely loved our stay at Balco Vista Studio. The place is equipped with everything you might need during your stay and more. The complimentary snacks, milk, beer and etc. surprised us, as you're normally lucky if you get coffee and tea. Very clean, the bed I must say was more comfortable than the one we have at home ;) contact with the host was always smooth, prompt and he was extremely helpful and polite. Next time we are in Nottingham we will try to book our stay here again as location is good as well. Close to town and right next to the bus stop.

Very well done. Studio flat with separate bathroom. Hosts had made a big effort to supply coffee/tea/snacks and cold drinks. Very generous.

On a busy junction so no parking but also emergency services use sirens as they pass thru lights at night. Bit disruptive to sleep

Hidden and welcoming gem!

Literally had everything I required for a short stay. Location was good…and the Welcome goodies were a fantastic surprise!

Don’t be put off when you first enter the building…your room more than makes up for it and I would happily stay again

Modern, clean and vfm

This is not a luxurious flat but doesn't claim to be. It is, however, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and relatively well equipped (could do woth a corkscrew). The fittings are modern and new - pleased to see USB ports in wall sockets. Plenty of room in the studio area to prepare food and delighted with the range of snacks provided.Communications were prompt. All in all, very happy.

Nothing at all to complain about. The entrance area to the building is a bit dingy, but don't be put off, for the flat itself is absolutely fine.

Really lovely place to stay for the night, warm and cozy. Facilities where great. We had an issue with the lock on checkout but one simple text and they rung me, which then he came straight to us to help without an hesitation.

A really lovely place to stay near the centre of Nottingham.

It was spotless and warm. the owner took great care to make it welcoming. an excellent welcome pack of food and drinks enough to last my four days there. The decor was creative with noteworthy features like a lion shaped wall fixing. The kitchen and bathroom were fitted out really well.

Great Location, Great Host.

Room was clean, concice & polite commincation from the host. Recieving the keys was very easy and didn't require face to face communication.

A bit expensive given the size of the place, is still somewhat reasonably priced though.
