Felt safe and secure, and was very clean.

Outside noise quite noticeable even when indie was closed. The bed was firm which is fine, but it felt springy and made a lot of noise when I turned over. The pillows felt like they didn’t have enough fillings, so was shallow with not enough support. A bin could have been provided int he room to put rubbish in, although there is the communal kitchen area, it isn’t convenient to leave the room each time to throw rubbish out. The staff were generally friendly, but were oblivious and slow to respond. I was outside the building and a staff member pointed me in another direction, which resulted in me circling all the way back around to the same point of the building; they didn’t open the door or come to the entrance to check what I was enquiring, to then only realise I am a guest here to stay. At reception, after handing my key card, staff looked at me as if I knew what to do where to go, then I prompted them I need instructions regarding my stay and location, to which cued them to show me to my room. Staff should be more attentive, active and professional - I found them to be passive, causal and not interested.

Location was great!

Couldn't get through the front door. Staff were unorganised. Let themselves into rooms that were occupied, felt very unsecure. Weird marks on the bed. Very noisy area.
