Location, ease of check in, good size, plenty of pillows

Toilet had gum in it, chest of draws is a bit tatty and beds very low but for the price and location to the playhouse it's good

The owner was extremely helpful when i struggled to figure out how to enter the apartment

Great location. Clean and comfortable

A cup to make coffee in would have been good. All other crockery and utensils but no cups!

The shower was had good pressure and worked well. The fridge was good. Location was good to town only a short walk.

I had to vacuum clean the bedroom. Under the bed there was a lot of rubbish, no one had cleaned under the bed for a long time. I also had to empty out the vacuum cleaner and give it a clean so it worked. I had to throw away a lot of empty containers in the bathroom that had been left in the draw. The bedding was clean and so were the towels but the wooden slates under the mattress some had broken which made the mattress sink into the slates, it felt like it was going to collapse. The cleaning of the room could of been done earlier in the day, I requested to check into the room 1 hour earlier but never received a yes or no answer to that request so when I arrived at the property no one was there to let me in and I had to call the number just to get a code into the building. When I left and went to leave the key in the lock box the code i was given via email was incorrect, the code had been changed but I wasn’t told this. There should have been a fan adleast provided in the room, when I stayed there was a heatwave and it was 35 degrees!!!!
