A fantastic stay 10/10

The customer service was exceptional – very responsive, friendly, and always happy to help. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay. It was well-equipped, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The private drive was also a huge bonus and made parking completely stress-free.

Stay was very good.

Property was very nice and clean. Had everything that I needed - glasses, towels and an air fryer. Was close to the centre about 5 mins in an Uber.

Comfortable room with great facilities

1) Clean studio 2) Very clear instructions and responsive manager 3) Good noise insulation 4) Good money value 5) Good location

1) It was not mentioned prior to the reservation the studio was on the 3rd floor. 2) Some basic amenities were lacking (soap/shampoo, paper towels/tissues, sugar…). 3) bed badly positioned in the room for access. 4) No hooks available to hang towels in the bathroom 5) No Shades for the roof vasistas. 6) Free parking

Good value studio with plenty of space and good facilities but some traffic noise.

Very good communication about key collection etc. The studio was clean and well equipped with a good amount of space and furniture. Small touches like hooks for hanging coats and bags were a bonus. Generally good kitchen facilities. Shower was hot and decent power. Bath and hand towels provided. Parking was easy on the street outside. The wifi connection was good and there is a large tv. Conveniently close to some shops and take-aways.

The sofa bed (second bed) was not very comfortable because of where it folds and the sheet provided was a single one which didn't fit! Providing a mattress topper would probably make all the difference to comfort - as well as the right sized sheet! We discovered that you can remove the arms of the sofa which also makes it a better size for 2. The location is a little noisy at night - quite a lot of traffic noise and sirens.

Great value apt

Clean spacious studio apt on 3rd floor. Well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar provided. Comfortable bed. Good shower room with plenty of hot water. Host was very helpful. Easy instructions on how to collect keys. Parking available in front of house or on street. Many Indian / Turkish / Carribbean type restaurants in vicinity and close to shopping centre. (Limited number of pubs / bars) City centre is approx 1.6 miles away and is easily accessible by public transport.

Just for reference: Stairs are quite steep and narrow, which may be awkward for some people. Handrail was loose on arrival. Made host aware and was promptly fixed. Sloped ceiling above bed meant not easily accessible from 1 side

So well thought out for our stay, Sunnny made the aparment instantly like home from home

The communication with Sunny was excellant and so helpful. The apartmrnt felt like home from home. sunny realy did think of everything and having lots of coffee and essentials already in the apartment was amazing. location was perfecrt, we are already planning our next trip to Paris and back the stay at Sunnnys apartment
