Ubicación muy céntrica. Mobiliario y menaje nuevo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Es cómodo y silencioso.
En la calle al lado del portal, justo en la esquina donde están los lockers para acceder a la llave y devolverla después, la gente deja sus bolsas de basura. (A pesar de que hay contenedores a pocos metros de allí) Llegamos un jueves y no había nada pero para el lunes cuando nos fuimos la acumulación de basura era enorme y le da muy mala imagen al edificio. Por cierto, era el único edificio de toda la calle con las bolsas de basura al lado del portal. Nos extrañó que los servicios municipales no lo recogieran en todos esos días y permitan esa acumulación tan insalubre. Adjunto fotos.

Facilities in the studio flat were generally good. Shower, bed and kitchenette good.
It was a bit difficult to watch the TV, due to its position. Bathroom was a bit small when using the toilet.
