Located close to the city centre and within 10 minute walk from Nottingham station. Host was helpful, both during check-in and earlier in arranging for washing liquids that I needed.
A distinct odour while entering the building. However, the apartment was clean and did not smell.

Very convenient and great location.
Booking through booking.com is a nightmare as the auto emails dont come through properly. So you have to call the property to get the access codes. Which is fine as they are responsive, but still - booking.com lets the side down here as they block auto-messages for self service aparthotels.
There is no aircon. They provide a fan which is unhealthy as gives you a cold/sore throat blowing on you all night. There should be aircon.
