Highly Recommended

The bed was one of the most comfortable and best I’ve ever had while traveling. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything I needed to cook.

The entrance hallway of the building had a slight smell coming from the restaurant next door. Luckily, the smell did not get into the apartment.

Though the room is small, it got everything and well functioned. The location is excellent. It was quite noisy at night but the double glazing window worked so well to prevent from noisy street environment especially between Thurs to Sat nights.

Bathroom is a bit small. Bed and sofa are quite old. No lift can be a trouble if you carry quite heavy luggages.

The location was very central, everything at your doorstep.

The flat is clean, but it is on a very smelly street— lots of urine from the locals. The building also smells, maybe like cigars? Whatever it is, it seeps into the flat. I used a lot of air freshener from the Tesco downstairs.

Excellent- a small apartment with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

The property was well located in the central city. The supermarket was right next door and the tram stop only five minutes away. Everything needed was in the room. Well appointed kitchen with good cooking facilities and utensils, plates cups etc. It was great to have a washing machine as I was at a sports tournament and needed it every other day.

It was very warm/ hot. There was a fan but no air conditioning. Maybe ir would be cooler when there isn’t a heatwave.

Excellent choice for a young solo traveler or couple. Not so much for the older crowd.

Great value. Clean and modern. Nice bathroom and useful kitchen. Shops, restaurants, and anything else that you need are right outside. Bus and train station just a ten minute walk.

More like a glorified dorm room than an apartment. Storage or closet space is nonexistent. Has a fan, but will get warm in the summer. Extremely noisy outside with late night pub and club activity (I was able to sleep with the window closed). On the third floor with no lift.

A perfect for a weekend get away

Central location - just be mindful that it is very central and at weekends might be noisy to to near pubs, bars etc.

My apartment was no 11 - which was on the top floor. It was extremely hot and window could only be opened 1 inch. Even the fan could not help. Additionally there was mouldy smell from the bathroom.

Disappointing after seeing the video of the place when it was new

The flat was very tired. Rusty microwave. Damaged work surfaces. Badly scuffed skirting boards The whole place needs refurbishment. Dark corridor. Sensor lights not coming on early enough. There's a step that needs to be highlighted to prevent trips. Awful views from windows.

A lovely weekend in Nottingham visiting my daughter and this property was perfect for me and everything was close by.

It was central to the city centre and only a short walk from the train station. The property was clean and also included extras like hairdryer, kettle and toaster.

I was on the top floor so there were quite a few stairs to climb as no lift.

Lovely central location , everything you need for a fab stay

The bed was super comfy and the linen smelled beautiful , the kitchen was fab and everything was there that you would need . The outdoor bit was a bonus . Water hot and room lovely and warm once we had worked out heater . It was practically perfect and we will stay here again

There were long dark hairs everywhere on floor and lots on rug , the rug was particularly bad , l I wonder if these things were missed because we asked to check in a little earlier . It was such a shame because everything else was perfect .

Nice Apartment with all facilities in the heart of Nottingham.

Property is small but nice! Double bed, little dining table, rack for hanging clothes. Bathroom spot on and supplies great too. Kitchen nice and clean.

So I’m all for honesty and improvements. These apartments are amazing btw I’m just listing improvements to my specific apartment 9 was it? First the small 2 person dining table is stuck right next to that clothes rack. The space for one person is a struggle I dunno how two do it. Second the smell every time I walked back to my apartment was mustard. It wasn’t great to walk after a night to that smell and for me to immediately feel unwell. Got no idea where it came from but I closed the window as the view and surrounding back alleys ain’t a pretty sight. Ironing board behind kitchen door? maintenance there. Bathroom was spot on but, that tap needs a label above saying careful of scalding hot water. I barely turned it halfway left to hot and it was burning hot (full 180 tap).
