OK for what you pay!

The location apposite the tram stop is good for getting around. There is some noise from the tram but not intrusive at all. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is reasonably well equipped so you can cook. Host very responsive.

The shared entry hall is horrific. Plaster falling off, random bannisters missing-looks like something out of Trainspotting. Many people would turn round and walk away at this point but actually it is much better when you are in the flat. Reasonable standard of décor. The bathroom window does not close (kept reasonably warm though by the radiator blasting out heat). There is no heat in the kitchen/dining area so its cold if you are sitting for any length of time. Good TV but have to cart the sofa over to watch it or use a telescope to see and bed layout is a bit reminiscent of a dormitory rather than a domestic space but OK for the money.

Amazing, great-value place for families, pets and long stays.

Incredible location. Short walk to the city centre and literally opposite a tram stop. We were on the top floor and although the trams rattled the rooms a tad it really wasn’t anything significant so nice and quiet! Also despite it being a smaller space we found it to be very pet friendly for our two indoor cats who loved it. Beds are also very comfortable with plenty of pillows and thick duvets. Apartment itself absolutely spotless! We stayed for over a week for Christmas and it was very homely.

As we were top floor there were a lot of steep stairs to get to the property so keep that in mind. Also a small set of stairs in the apartment which separates the bedrooms to the main room and bathroom - these were very short and harder to walk up and down (you do get used to it eventually though). Sofa not the most comfortable and the apartment itself doesn’t get too warm so if booking in winter bring layers! Host is super helpful however with the boiler issues we faced with hot water, etc.

Cheap, cheerful and perfect location!

Had everything we needed, perfect location. Good communication with the landlord and they were really helpful.

Would have been lovely to have a some tea and coffee milk etc - just the essentials, and the men also found the shower difficult because it doesn’t go up to head height - but it didn’t affect the stay at all. 10am check out if quite early, 11am would have been perfect.

Great communication and good location to get into Nottingham centre.

Communication with the host was excellent answering all my questions and telephoned when we arrived to say call if we needed anything. Flat was large plenty of room and had what we needed for our nights stay. It was directly opposite the tram so very easy to get anywhere in town.

Fantastic stay

Great communication throughout from time of booking to check out and easy to check in. Host was very informative and helpful in all questions. Appartmemt was very spacious and clean and had all we needed. Great location with the tram stop opposite and only a 10 min car/ taxi journey into town. Would def recommend and stay again when in area.

Great for location, but not as good for facilities and noise

Great location, opposite a tram stop and only 6 mins to Nottingham centre. The local shops offer essentials (soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid) for purchase and are reasonably priced too.

No essential facilities like a toilet roll, soap or washing up liquid in the apartment, also no sink plugs for washing up in kitchen or to wash face in the bathroom. There wasn't anywhere to hang your coats in the apartment or to hang clothes in the bedrooms either Disappointed to find dirty towels left in the bathroom behind the door on the shelf. The people in the above apartment on Saturday night were banging around from 11 pm and sounded like they were dragging/moving furniture around until 12.30 am, to the point I was going to go up and speak to them, but then it subsided.

Great host and location, would definitely book again!

Nilton is so helpful and on call if you need anything. The flat is opposite the tram stop which made it easy to get into the centre. Appliances etc all very new and everywhere very clean! The entrance way is still a work in progress but Nilton was honest about this as he’s recently bought the property. He obviously is trying hard to make it all perfect!

I will stay here next time I visit Nottingham or ask Nilton to recommend a place.

The host, Nilton was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and polite. This meant a lot to me because I have had a bad experience with the host from a previous booking. He responded to our questions on time and made awesome suggestions on how we could make our stay more pleasant. I also liked the fact that the apartment was just across from the tram stop. It made going to the city center and around VERY easy. There is an ASDA close by and several store and eateries. The park across made it easy for me to get a workout while I was away from home. It was nice to take a walk around the park in the evening with my youngest son and just chill. I really enjoyed my stay here. I would rate the entire experience a 9 and the host a 10.

Everything was amazing and I have no complaint. The dinning table was made of glass and the boy had to be extra careful (two teenagers and a 12 years old) but it all worked out and they were gentle enough. My boys are full of energy so I was worried. It did make the apartment look very posh too.

The property was well appointed and felt very safe. It was very clean. The tram stop is directly outside the door and there is an Asda just round the corner. Excellent communication from the owner.

The property renovation was so new there were one or two snags still to iron out. They did not affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Good Stay but can be noisy at night.

All facilities match description, very spacious and bright place. Host was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Delivered a drying rack the next day upon request.

Other tenants of the same building, which some are not managed by the same host, caused disruption during the night. I was there for a business trip so not ideal when had 2 disturbing night in a roll.

Very pleasant stay with a great host.

The flat was lovely and had everything we needed. It was super easy to get to and right next to a tram stop. The host was brilliant and made sure that everything was okay.

The area was a little noisy at times, with the constant trams (to be expected when the stop is so close) but also with people having parties in nearby buildings or talking loudly outside.

Everything was new . very clean Host - nothing was too much trouble . A1 customer service .

Only fault mattress on bed not comfortable -needed a couple of bedside tables and side light .plus front door to the apartment was a fire door with a glass panel visible to see inside the flat could be covered with a frosted sheet .
