Good communication from host.
Very large accommodation for the price paid.
Convenient location with tram connections on the doorstep and allocated parking space.
No hooks or towel rail in the bathroom.
Very minor irk and did not reflect on our stay.

Incredible value for what you pay. 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights for £65 each.
Some reviews here being too harsh expecting more for what the price is, we were using this has a place to sleep and shower for Download Festival.
Its basic but comfortable, super handy location with tram stop directly outside, able to get into city centre in 5 mins.
Nilton is just the best owner too. People staying before us ripped the bathroom door handle off, Nilton was round immediately fixing it himself.
The girlfriend also left some jewellery behind after we checked out, not only did he find them but posted them back to us.

Location , plenty of room parking and price
No hot water for shower , no TV ( or instructions ) , bathroom could do with a deep clean ..
