Great location, cleaning, tram stop just across the street.
Insulation between floors could be better, foot steps from upstairs quite noticeable.

Location! Right next to the tram stop & close to Nottingham. Upgraded to an upstairs 3 bedroom due to work being done on our booked apartment. Communication with the host was very good.
That same renovation wasn’t great unfortunately - we (3 x pers) got wet paint on our bags & clothes 😢

The flat was on the ground floor which was very spacious, fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with toilet. Separate closet room also, large lounge. Large bedrooms comfy beds. Close to tram stop for easy access to and from the city, free parking right outside the property. Host very attentive and easy to contact, if any issues.
Access to TV channels is by app, not very accessible if you are a senior citizen or don't do social media.

The location apposite the tram stop is good for getting around. There is some noise from the tram but not intrusive at all. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is reasonably well equipped so you can cook. Host very responsive.
The shared entry hall is horrific. Plaster falling off, random bannisters missing-looks like something out of Trainspotting. Many people would turn round and walk away at this point but actually it is much better when you are in the flat. Reasonable standard of décor. The bathroom window does not close (kept reasonably warm though by the radiator blasting out heat). There is no heat in the kitchen/dining area so its cold if you are sitting for any length of time. Good TV but have to cart the sofa over to watch it or use a telescope to see and bed layout is a bit reminiscent of a dormitory rather than a domestic space but OK for the money.
