Budget Lovely Flats by the Forest Tram Stop in Nottingham

Great host, great apartment, tram right outside, parking for apartment, clean and tidy and although budget it was very good and well worth the money 😁

I liked how clean and friendly the staff were, also very good communication.

Perfect location directly across from tram stop. Parking out front. Decent kitchen with good variety of needed implements. Perfect for a lads night out or something. Great communications from the host

I’m writing this from an accessibility pov. If you’re able bodied, you’ll probably not have any issues… The whole place is unlevel, it’s sinking to one side. Making going up the stairs difficult for folks with mobility issues like myself. Mattresses were on their last legs, could feel every spring. Sofa was very old. Tiny TV but it did work. Bathroom is all the way at the end of the house and several steps through, not good for accessible needs. Electric are questionable, some other questionable “land lord” fixes. Very loud area, drummer next door, lots of street noises. Cars racing, general loud drunk folks. There’s a whole thing about not unplugging anything as the rest of the buildings internet goes into that flat… It served a purpose and we survived but would not recommend for a weekend.
