Regretting not getting a hotel room

The only good thing about this place was the fast Internet WiFi

Seems like bed hasn't been changed since the 1940s, (all sunk in bed springs poking through) walls and ceilings were filthy, cobwebs and somebody's prescription medicine was under the nightstand. It cleaners had been there i would have fired them immediately. Felt like student accommodation after a party. Used ladies and men's razors left in both shower rooms. Pictures do not match the actual accommodation we got, probably taken 10 years ago. Also on arrival flat was absolutely freezing and no information what to do, had to figure out ourselves.

Other reviews seem harsh, its not perfect but very reasonable price wise and you get a nice apartment for that. Was only here a couple of days but i would return.

Cold, dirty scary to stay!

Nothing like on pictures very dirty and cold, overflow bins lots of shady people. Bed sheets not even changed after previous guests!

FILTHY AND RANCID

Not one thing at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS?!! This property was a nightmare. From the moment I entered there was an overwhelming stench of curry which was coming from the kitchen but took over the whole flat! I had to sleep with the windows open which left me absolutely freezing and still didn't get rid of the rancid stench. I called the property and was messaged back at 12 saying I would be contacted ASAP. It then got to 4 with no contact so i called the manager Martyn who assured me aslong as I don't leave a review he will refund me my money back. He said he would send an email to confirm. It got to the next day and he didn't. He then said he will do it later so I got booking. Com involved as I didn't trust him. This place is rancid in a filthy area and the place is very unsecured with unwelcoming individuals lurking around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The place was clean

Although the rating of the place was quite low we decided to give it a try. And we were as disappointed as those people. The beds were rockhard we felt like we were sleeping on cardboards. We were especially soo disappointed that there was a kitchen but nothing else? No pans or pots which is the most important. No handsoap or shampoos you have to buy everything yourself therefore scam pictures . Didn't like the stay do not recommend

A filthy, unsafe neighborhood, and disgusting place that no one should ever stay in.

Absolutely disgusting place! Filthy and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The neighborhood feels unsafe, full of drunks and weirdos. I even found a bowl of old food in the microwave – revolting! The beds were horrible; every morning I woke up with back pain. On top of that, they emailed me before checkout asking me to take out the trash and wash the dishes, even after paying a huge amount for this stay. I was disgusted and couldn’t wait to leave. No one should ever stay here.
