Location

Booked ground floor and stated because of mobility issues. Host confirmed this was the case. Upon arrival accommodation in basement. No lift. No one on site to assist with luggage. No offer to refund so I could switch to other accommodation to meet my needs. Doesn't matter how good accommodation might be if you can't access it. Clearly no understanding of disability awareness. Happy to take money on false pretences.

As comfy as always.

We've been at this location a couple of times now, we clearly like it. The location is superb and the room was always warm once we came back from shopping. But there are some things that definitely need to change.

We asked for more towels but were told we should instead go wash ours whenever we needed to. Doesn't change the fact we were still in need of them.. It has always been a reoccurring problem that we had to go get toilet paper for the apartment after a few days. I'd like for that to change in the future. A dish towel would also be a necessary addition that needs to be made to the apartment.

This property is very reasonably priced for its location & available parking. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was very clean & cosy, the location was great for getting into town & the parking right outside was fantastic.

The instructions to get into the property were missing some vital information & I had to contact the owner twice before getting in. The information about parking was also lacking in detail, the owner had said there was P&D parking outside but didn’t make it clear that there was lots of parking available. I nearly paid for an NCP car park up the road as didn’t want to get there & have a problem. It would’ve been helpful to know this information from the start.

We were put in room 9 very steep staircase and separate bathroom back down the stairs which is not ideal during the night.

Studio 8. Very top floor was Morden and clean and warm.

Never seen so many key boxes. Key box at the gate. Key box at the house door. Key box for the flat door. Not practical. Electronic key pads would be easier, at least for the gate and house door. Awful metal bed, creaking and squeaking all night everytime you move or turn.

Great place to stay when visiting Nottingham

Location was perfect. Room was massive and very clean! Bed was comfy. Really pleasant room with high ceilings. Quiet even though it was near the main road.

Minor point - the towel rail was exceptionally hot and I couldn't turn it down (made the bathroom like a sauna).

Average! If it wasnt for the two lock boxes it would have been good

Location was good! Was very clean. Comfortable and kept warm with change of radiator

The lock boxes to get in the gate are impossible to open sometimes and soo awkward! Its such an effort to get in and out of the building. Asked about parking they told me to park on a building site! When i said its a building site my reply back was sorry it an automatic message. Without any alternative for parking?

Accommodation is not suitable for safe entry or exit especially in an emergency

It was at the top Of the property and the bathroom was on another level the stairs were dangerously steep and narrow the fire door was difficult to lock from the inside due to the angle of the stairwell

The location was perfect. The room was huge and very clean. It had everything you would need and it was so well presented that I would have happily lived there.

Great base for a visit to a city that has lots to offer.

Very clean and recently converted so everything looks new. Short walk into the City - Nottingham is great but lively, and expect some street noise until late on busy days. We heard no noise at all from the other apartments. Check in text with the door codes arrived on time and access is easy (a bit quirky, but it works!) and comms was fine. Decent facilities if you want to make something to eat - shops nearby (there is no milk etc).

We were lucky in that we managed to park on the street outside but there are only a few spaces. Parking charge was standard for Nottingham.

Overall a comfortable stay...

I liked the facilities of the mini kitchen. The separate sofa was a good touch, it was overall comfortable... All was clean. Security was good.

Unfortunately there were No TV controllers so we had no TV, disappointed to be honest.. The tap didn't work, must have needed turning on at the valve? But I didn't want to touch anything. I wish I knew it was a basement. Our view out of the window was literally a brick wall.

Good lokation with a key problem!

Location and room almost spacious. Studio a few minutes from busstation and city center

For now they have " a key problem" : the gate lock have been missing a key or have been difficult to open . The entrance lock have been empty because someone have left it at the studio lock.

Lovely flat... But difficult access to attic room

Lovely smart apartment. All the utilities you need. Well equipped. Comfy bed

We were in the attic room.. Very low ceiling. Uneven floor so it was difficult to get around. Easy to hit your head and even worse was the steep steps to the toilet. A large person may struggle to navigate the stairs. It's a shame because it was a nice flat

Contact fry emails were regular and received instructions for entry , very easy . Good location, has all appliances if you want to make food . We stayed in room 6 this time , was really spacious. Spotlessly clean This was our second stay here and whenever we return to Nottingham we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Disappointing stay

Good central location but poor accommodation.

Room was dirty, walls had food / drink on by desk, cobwebs behind the door, carpet was melted in kitchen, window did not stay open, no air flow. Had a big tv that could not be used as no ariel wired in and wifi "was not working" Quite disappointed with the stay and not worth the money paid.

Good clean location for a short stay.

Great location from where we were visiting. Plenty of food, drink and shopping choice in walking distance from apartment. Surprisingly quite, despite being next to a main road.

Very large TV, which took up a lot of space in this small apartment. The internet connection was not working, so could not use the TV, please could you mount portable TV ariel to the TV stand, so you could use the TV just to watch basic TV. Split-level bathroom, not very practical.

Low light on the front gate made it a bit awkward to open the key lock in the dark but otherwise no complaints.

Stairway to an oven.

Very clean

50+ stairs in a narrow steep staircase, impossible to take bags into room, not advertised as this, an older couple would not make it up all the steep stairs and narrow staircase. Needs to be advertised with this detail. Room was very hot with no air conditioner???

Great city crash pad

Beautifully presented studio apartment with generous bedroom, and compact bathroom. Shower was good quality and the cellar location in the building very welcome in 30°C heat. Rama is very communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations and excellent value for money.

Very large room with multiple amenities (eg kettle, air fryer, two fridges etc). Comfortable bed and sofa and secure feeling building.

One of the other guests was smoking marijuana consistently during our stay. The smell made it's way in to our room and as it was very hot, we couldn't avoid having the windows open. I do not know how the company could prevent this however.

Easy self check in/out service, keys in keysafes ( codes sent one hour before check in) , great location. Property has all the necessities you require and more.

No parking , if you want to park you have to pay elsewhere ( or if you're lucky pay for one of a few spaces on the road outside )
