Excellent location and the facilities at the property were very good. For the size and location it was excellent value.

The biggest issue was the heat and although there were fans they did not make much difference. The windows had been left shut and the sun had been on the apartment most of the day before we arrived, The windows themselves only open a fraction so no breeze. Blinds on windows were extremely heavy and hard to open and close. The apartments were on 3rd floor with no lift and although did not cause us a problem it should be something that is stated. We had prepaid for 2 parking spots and for the whole weekend a car was in one of our spots. I messaged the property but got no response. We parked in another spot but we may then have caused an issue for someone else but we couldnt find out what else to do and we had paid £15 per day for the spot

No Air Con so the rooms were very very warm overnight. Fans were provided but didn’t change the temperature much

The location. Central Nottingham. All bars and restaurants on the door step.

We were on the first floor at the front of the building (on the main road) which was very noisy with traffic and passers-by. The main issue we had however was that the company have recently installed a VERY bright lit up sign on the outside of the building which was on the wall of the first floor right in-between our lounge and our bedroom windows which stayed on ALL night. Even though the windows have blinds it did not detract from this light which lit up the entire apartment ALL night making sleep very poor.
