Loved this apartment. Clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Only one minor complaint - an extra chair in the living room would have been good as four of us were staying there and only really three places to comfortably sit.

Nice cleaning accommodation with good fittings in a very central instructive area of the city

It took us 15 minutes to work out where the switch was for the oven. There were no instructions left on the kitchen counter and the socket to turn the oven on was in fact located at floor level at the back of a cupboard next to the oven behind the pots and pans, which made you have to lay on the floor and move everything out of the way in order to reach it. Also, we had no hot water on the Saturday night and no hot water at all for showers and only icy cold water on the Sunday morning. We were not left any instructions about how to turn it on. That is really unfortunate and made for an uncomfortable Sunday morning. When I raise this with the agency who managed the property I was met with two responses firstly why earth I haven’t raised it with them before so they could have resolved it and secondly that current occupant didn’t seem to have an issue. As to the first there was a little point in raising something when we were having to check out very shortly and as to the second, perhaps they were given the courtesy of some instructions I don’t know. But I’m a little shocked but that is the sort of reaction to what is a very reasonable complaint. It is a way of being dismissive and rude and I was quite shocked by it..
