Great location for the city center, really nice interesting apartment with great in apartment facilities. Everything you need is there.

Posizione strategica sulla piazza principale Old Market Square in zona pedonale. La macchina non serve. L’appartamento e’ super confortevole, pulito, arredato benissimo. Complimenti all’architetto ed a chi ha curato i dettagli. Consigliatissimo.

Per chi è abituato al king size bed il queen size è un po’ piccolo. Era scritto nella descrizione della struttura. Lo sapevo.

Huoneisto oli tilava ja valoisa ja sen sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Siitä oli helppo lähteä tutkimaan Nottinghamin nähtävyyksiä. Varustus keittiössä riittävä, ainoastaan juomalaseja ja haarukoita oli niukasti.

Sängyn alla oli tavaroita edellisten asiakkaiden jättäminä. Viestittely ennen saapumista oli hyvin stressaavaa. Varausjärjestelmässä Booking.comin sivuilla kerrottiin vakuusmaksun tapahtuvan käteisellä, mutta pari päivää ennen saapumista alettiin vaatimaan linkkien klikkaamista ja luottokortin tietoja. Viestejä tuli useita ja eri osoitteista ja osa automaatin ja osa ihmisen lähettämänä. Olen antanut tästä palautetta ja he ovat luvanneet päivittää maksukäytäntöjen ohjeet ajan tasalle. Vinkkinä seuraaville asiakkaille: patterit saa päälle pienestä mustasta napista patterin vieressä. Huoneistoon on monta rappusta, hissiä ei ole.

The property was clean.

I’m very disappointed in the property’s communication system. The fire alarm went off twice at 5am and 8am. We were stood outside for 45mins trying to get hold of the building manager. The phone number and text message they provided us went straight to a robot, and could not reach a real person at all. Even the fire brigade was struggling to get hold of anyone so we ended up going back in the building with the alarm still going off 45mins later. The text messages were also not connected to a real person so we were hopeless. Another thing is the noise from the outside was disruptive both night and early morning. You could clearly hear the music and people in the streets at night. There’s also a skylight without any blinds so we got woken up from the light coming through in the morning.
