Absolutely everything! There's a lift to get to where the apartments are! It's right above the Victoria Centre so the location is perfect! Steve introduced us and was phenomenal! He was so warm and we felt right at home! Anything we needed he was right there for us and allowed us to extend our stay as well! Everything was so perfect! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had a washing machine and a seperate dryer! The only issue we had was that there were no batteries in the remote but that was sorted so quickly by Steve! They also send you the best places for food and parking around for if you're visiting and help to make sure you're not overpaying for anything! The check in instructions were so clear! Honestly this was one of the best places I've ever stayed at, it's such a good value for money 100% recommend

Steve was an awesome host - very polite, helpful and communicative Superb location with everything you need nearby including local transport. Excellent value for money.
