Amazing location, fantastic host!

You couldn’t ask for a better location if you need to be in the city centre. Plenty of beds and space for a small group, all the basic amenities you could need for a short stay. Steve was very helpful and attentive before and throughout our stay, the perfect host!

Any negative points were very much outside of our hosts control. It was very warm in the apartment (but it is summer and British building are just made that way!), we had to keep the windows open and there was quite a bit of noise from outside, the clock tower starts chiming at 8am so you don’t need to set an alarm!

Everything was perfect after being let down by a previous booking at another apartment via booking.com Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable, anything needed he was willing to get for us. apartment very spacious, clean and tidy. Lovely views of Nottingham from the 17th floor. Location excellent right in the shopping centre, easy access to shops via residents only lifts into shopping centre, handy for forgotten shopping as Tesco right by the lift! Fully stocked with all toiletries you could possibly need.

Not an actual didn't like but if all six people stayed there as set up with amount of beds there were not enough plates or bowls but I'm sure if you asked Steve he would have given you more. Also the windows need a little maintenance, some were a little hard to open, didn't feel comfortable opening them. We do love fresh air!

Wonderful place with an exceptionally kind and helpful host

Absolutely lovely, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Our host Steve was incredibly sweet and welcoming, even messaged each day to make sure all was going well. The location is perfect, literally an elevator ride away from many shops and restaurants, yet high up enough to stay quiet and cosy. Will definitely stay again, thank you very much!

brilliant large 2 bedroom apartment

host was able to meet me in a nearby location to hand me the keys he very friendly and welcoming. The locality of the flat In the core of the city, with a entire load of selection of shops and fast food/restaurants, public transport really close lovely wall photographs. enormous “ walk-in closet” load of storage units (drawers) as well. Beds are comfort apart from the Pillows are too spongy. Exceptionally superb to be able to cook your own food as an alternative than using the restaurants. There is a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and many pans and pots. if you just want to stay in, there access to NOW tv and Netflix in the living room plus freeview TV in each bedrooms.

Walls is in need of a lick of paint, Windows not all straightforward to open or to close. could do with additional easier access to plug sockets in certain rooms as some are concealed behind by furnishings. The heating system isn't physically powerful as much as necessary to keep you warm or hot.

Amazing location and a great owner

Steve (the owner) was so helpful and welcoming, he couldn’t have done more! He gave us so much great information about Nottingham, where to shop and where to eat, etc. Loved the central location, the space and comfort in the apartment. It was well equipped and had plenty of space for a family of four to be confortable. We’ll book again!

Fantastic Weekend

Steve the property manager made my stay extremely comfortable. He was constantly on hand to ensure everything was as it should be and whether I needed anything during my stay. The apartment was spacious and tidy. Fantastic location, 10/10 would advise to anyone wanting a central stay in the Nottingham area!
