Great apartment, super central location

Great location, so central to everything. Despite being next to a club, there was no noise, as this apartment is located round the side overlooking Lincoln Street. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and a bath! So many places only have showers, so this was great with all the walking I did. Steve met me at the property, and showed me everything I needed, and was available for any questions I might have, and answers messages quickly. It is on the first floor, with a lift as well as stairs. Very secure access, with security fob for main door and from parking area.

Location - right in the centre of Nottingham perfect Steve - sound down to earth bloke, met me at the front with the keys and explained everything needed. Perfect little apartment for a lads/lasses weekend away. Everything you need from cutlery to glasses and bin bags to an iron, even provided good quality coffee.

Spacious, comfortable and centrally located

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and will equipped. The décor was pleasant and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The owner was there to welcome us and was very helpful in explaining everything regarding the apartment and the parking facilities, and remained helpful throughout and following the stay.

This is not a negative comment, but travellers from outside the UK should be aware that it is customary in the UK to provide a safety deposit after booking, as was the case here. The owner was very flexible and helpful in arranging this, and promptly returned the deposit at the end of the stay without any problem.

2 of the bedrooms had no natural light, and one of them appeared to be a converted walk-in wardrobe. Also there appeared to be a smell of mould that permeated the complex, including this apartment. The shower (on the mezzanine level) leaked into the double bedroom below.

fantastic place to chill, stay, relax and use as a base of operations- would definitely re-book

the flat itself is lovely and once you’re inside it’s very quiet and self contained. well appointed, modern and whilst not large, was big enough for the three of us to spend time in without crowding each other. fantastic location, out the door and walk into the market square… really central… with lots of restaurants and cafes close by

communal areas looked tired, unloved with a bit of a smell in areas. once at/in the apartment though this was quickly forgotten and unnoticeable

Nice comfortable and bright apartment in a very central location

The apartment was comfortable and located in an extremely convenient location in the city centre. The bed was large and comfortable and the bedding provided was lovely and soft. The apartment was nice and bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and speedy Wifi. Steve was a great host, he welcomed me to the apartment and handed over the keys. He was friendly and very responsive if I had any questions. My deposit was refunded in full within 24 hours of check-out.

I was a bit surprised that I had to pay a deposit by bank transfer before I arrived. I later noticed that this information was listed in the house rules. While it is my fault for not reading the house rules before booking, it would have been helpful if that information was somewhere more obvious at the time of booking. Important to note that the deposit was returned within 24 hours of me checking out, so no problem there at all.

Bad

clean and nice design

I feel very disappointed by staying in this apartment. The owner was very rude and was just looking for excuses to take the 100 deposit even tried to pick us up on marked bed sheets (which was abit of tan) and said he was going to charge us for it. Ignored several messages of mine and made me feel very uncomfortable due to feeling as if we was being watched the whole time as he had a camera on the door. Wouldn't recommend staying here
