Perfect location for a family break.

Nothing.

Plenty of room for our party. Beds were good and house was clean. Plenty of equipment for cooking meals. Good location for the water sports centre.

Silly things really - no tea towel, couldn’t find the kitchen sink plug which made washing up difficult after cooking. Only one chair at the dining table.

Very clean and great communication with the owner. Very helpful. The house was lovely and warm with great facilities. We will definitely recommend and use again. Sorry we didn’t take any pics.

The house is located just a mile from the middle of Nottingham and just 3 minutes walk from the bus stop to take us there. The house is in a cul-de-sac and so there is no outside traffic noise. The layout of the house and rooms were good with many new facilities and enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The house was lovely and warm with great central heating. The shower pressure was good with a choice of shower heads. The view from the attic room was interesting as was the climb (steep stairs) up to it. The owner was great at communications over our stay and was helpful with updates.
