Some of the sheets had stains on them. They had been laundered but marks remained.

The property is so spacious and looks very beautiful. It’s quite a nice place to hang out with friends and family.
There was left over food from probably previous inhabitants. The microwave was not working. Even though we reported when we first noticed on the first day, nothing was done till we left.

The location and the size of the rooms. The bedrooms are all a good size.
The garden is ideal if traveling with children. The lounge picture is accurate, the doors go to a deck and great garden.
Communication was good.
There is just parking for 2 cars.
Instructions for the central heating would be really good.

Good location, large bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms/toilets, soft bath towels.
Lacking in basic essentials, eg. tea towel, baking tray. The decorative state of the property was poor - lots of marks on walls etc, mattress was very uncomfortable - could feel the springs. Door handle unattached to en-suite door, cobwebs around windows.
