Fabulous place.

The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable and a good location, the host Marvin was very helpful and easy to contact. I will definitely stay here again when I'm next in Nottingham and would highly recommend this place to others.

Excellent stay!

The apartment was superb. More spacious than we expected, great furnishings and very clean. The stay was a quick stopover before travelling further north for a family gathering so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again if in the Notts area. Excellent value for money.

Access road is narrow and can be a little tricky.

Spacious, clean & nicely decorated. Really comfortable beds & sofas. Such good value for money, a little out of the city centre - but less than £7 in an uber for each journey we made.!

The stairs to the property - coming out of the front door there is an immediate step down onto the stairs. Be careful if you have heavy bags or are unsteady.

The property was clean and comfortable with all the appropriate appliances working and in perfect condition. The Property Owner was very communicative, and guidance to access the property was very clear and easy to follow. The Property Owner, Marvin, was exceptional, and my wife and I were very impressed with assistance and guidance with everything we asked him.

Despite the wifi & pillow constructive criticism I would highly recommend to family & book again

The property had parking, easy access and very clean. The landlord was very helpful customer service was excellent. Property was decorated to a high standard and was well equipped.

The wifi worked intermittently and eventually at 10pm in the middle of watching a movie it cut off completely and didn't turn on for the remainder of our stay. Also there was a lack of pillows. There was one pillow per person and they were very thin/flat.

It was perfect for our stay.

It is a beautifully fitted out apartment, very comfortable and Marvin was extremely responsive and helpful with information ahead of our stay. Don't be put off by the look of the building from the outside as it is an old building that is being refurbished in stages but the apartment that is let is already fully refurbished - quiet, spacious and very comfortable.

Amazing stay

We were blown away by how spacious, clean and well decorated the apartment was. Everyone was impressed by the quality and standard of the place. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Location wise, not far from the city centre which was a bonus. Marvin was approachable and easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to come back again.
