The house was ideal for a good sized group - mix of a family of 3, couples and single adults.

Location was good, a short taxi from the city centre - good for visitors, including families. Quiet and clean/tidy.

Some confusion about location of key on arrival (wasn't in lock-box, instead it was beneath door mat - which caused anxiety for first guests, a family travelling with a 4-year-old). Group mentioned a blocked sink and difficulty in getting the shower in one of the bathrooms to run at the right temperature (either v hot or v cold) - both of which could be sorted, which would result in a really good experience for groups of visitors

Very spacious and clean house. A home from home whilst we were attending my partner's funeral. Facilities were perfectly sufficient. Can highly recommend.

Spaciousness, cleanliness, comfortable in all areas. Although due to the nature of our stay (cheer competition with early starts) we only used the kettle but kitchen has excellent modern equipments.

For us a lack of mirrors (due to a lot of hair & makeup needed.) The mirror in dinning room was also too high. Outside needs a bit of a tidy up.

Poor value for money in its current state.

The house is a good size and well located. Useful parking directly outside on the road. Good to have a separate sitting room Landlord allowed us to access 2 hours early

The fridge, kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. We booked for 7 and only had 4 working dining chairs ( 6 in total but 2 had loose legs) Oven unusable as dial missing. We had to wash all the utensils / crockery and pans we used because they were dirty. Incomplete kitchen utensils / old pans. Loft room ( 3 beds) is in an attic with no smoke detector and no marked fire exit. It’s also freezing! We had to sleep in thermals!

the photos on the website didn’t do justice! we were so pleasantly surprised when we go to the house! it had a lovely homely feel and so much space! we were over the moon with our stay

Good, clean and convenient stay

Location to town was 7-10 mins in a taxi. Plenty of room for larger groups. Property was clean. Property had nice kitchen facilities. Parking was free and close by.

The upstairs bedroom had a window with no blind/curtain so it got brighter in there earlier than we’d have liked. It is on a fairly busy road so you do get traffic noise throughout the day/night.

Amazing property, high standard finishes and very confortable beds and sofas, lots of space for our family of five. Very clean and spacious, will definitely visit again. Host was kind and helpful, very easy check in and out.
