Took a little time to get the key out as the key boxes on the outside was were not numbered. Tried to call property owner twice but no reply or text back Please provide proper teabags, thank you...otherwise brilliant place

It was ok for the money, I wouldn't use again.

clean other than a random sock in the room.

Toilet at other end of house on ground floor. Decoration was awful, (insperational quotes ....really). The local area is quite rough and dirty. House was cold when we arrived and they provided a tiny heater in the room which was loud.

Me and my partner have stayed in alot of places and this is easily by far the best accommodation we have had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment you walk in you smell the fresh clean scent and you are welcomed into a cosy environment. Rooms are very well kempt and in pristine condition. Netflix already registered on smart TVs and kitchen appliances all there ready to use. I never usually leave comments or reviews but this play really blew me out the park. Absolutely amazing. Look forward to returning.

Needed a bed for 2nights whilst attending ice hockey referee conference, 2miles from venue w perfect

Easy key access from key box. Clear instructions of do's and don'ts. Place was immaculate and easy to maintain. I didnt use the WiFi or turn any of the tvs on but good to be there for those that might. Will look to book again for next year's conference

The rules . Loads of them . From front door . Take your shoes off. To use blue roll, it was endless and unnecessary.

That the individual bedrooms closed like individual room or could remain open like a family house and it didn’t feel wrong It has a lovely sized kitchen and the tv system in each room felt very swanky my child loved the stay. We enjoyed a movie in bed. We had to move from the family room as the chairs weren’t meant for a Harry Potter length movie. But it made for a very sweet memory that I’m grateful for. Once I figured out I was allowed to smoke In the lovely back yard,It felt enclosed and private. which was surprising to me as the house was in a row of back to back terraces I enjoyed a peaceful cigarette away from the busy street at the front

There was a lot of instruction stuck about the place, the ones in the bathroom were confusing a little. So the two different headed shower was a bit tricky But we managed. The shower was amazing - absolutely loved it

Great stay with organised caring owners

Property was clean, area was a little run down but the host was quick to reply and provided all the information that was required for the stay. The water and biscuits was a nice touch.

We were concerned about the location. We dont know if the car is safe to park on the side road. But luckily nothing happened. So it was all good.

Great value for money

We had the entire property for the night, so all three rooms available, and they were modern, clean and well kitted out.

The communal area has no comfy furniture, so no sofa, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom and the back also got unbearably hot.

The house was clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities we required. Parking was on the street outside the house. We had a couple of issues with power however the host quickly dealt with these over the phone.

Potential guests need to consider that the steps to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep. Older guests may find them daunting.

Clean, modern, great facilities, but not the best choice as a lone woman

Brilliant facilities - Has everything you could need! Clean and modern.

Not the best location, on a terraced estate and so parking as you'd expect. In hindsight, probably not the most ideal as a solo female due to the other rooms that can be in use. Automatic light in hallway too sensitive and would come on as I turned in bed! Heating system was poor, had to keep turning on the small fan heater in my room even though radiators turned up to max
